Chef Hemana is the Founder & Executive Chef for the group of “Diet Food Kitchenn's” — a certified chef with 18 years of total industry experience and 11 years dedicated exclusively to diet food.
The idea started back in 2017: people were confused about their diets, choosing between taste and health. Hemana saw a different path — sustainable nutrition that tastes like home food and feels like fine dining, all within your macros.
Since then, he has built 8 successful diet food brands, crafted over 1,000 custom menus, and developed the pioneering Diet as a Service (DaaS) model that transforms the way kitchens operate — from a single recipe to a complete brand ecosystem.
